Please read these conditions carefully as they, together with the specific information about your confirmed transfer, form the basis of your contract with us detailed on your confirmation email.
Any references to 'we', 'us' or 'our' refer to Thailand Ticket Ferry. Any references to "you" and "your" and ‘passenger(s)’ include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is transferred.
A contract between us and you exists once payment has been made to us. No contract will exist until all monies have been received by us in full.
Where a booking is made by telephone, the booking is subject to, and the client accepts, our Terms and Conditions.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your booking details, you should do so online or by emailing us, at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling +66932810884
Amendments can be made directly to us at, email@example.com at least 48 hours before your transfer date within hours only.
For booking amendments, we cannot guarantee that all changes will be possible, due to matters such as availability, but we will always attempt to secure your requirement for you.
There will be no cancellation charge if a cancellation is communicated to us 48 hours prior to the first transfer and you will receive a full refund. All cancellations received with 48 hours notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation charge. If you cancel your transfer. let us know before 48 hours. We will refund 50% for you.
We reserve the right and our employees reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers
Passengers are not allowed to take onto our vehicles any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of consuming them in our vehicles.
Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
In the event of any passenger being asked to leave a vehicle, we will not be liable for the refund of any journey in this circumstance.
Child Seat Installation
Our drivers are proficient at installing the child and baby seats, however it remains the lead passenger´s full responsibility to ensure the seats are anchored correctly and the straps are properly locked and adjusted.
Insurance and Liability
Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. Whilst every care is always taken however, your property is carried entirely at your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Clients are therefore advised to check that their own travel insurance covers such damage and/or losses.
We will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrives on time to begin the transfer and that it reaches its destination on time. We will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond our control.
